How do I set up my Shopify store to function with the Air Waves OnDemand app?

Please follow the steps below to create your Shopify store:

  1. Payment Methods
    • Choose the payment method based on how you want to receive payment from your customers.
    • Make sure you select “Automatically capture payment for orders.”
    • We recommend using Stripe or Paypal to receive payments.
    • Add your own billing information – you will need to add a credit card for Shopify to bill you the monthly Shopify fee.
  2. Sales Channel
    • Add your online store.
    • Make sure to select “Do not automatically fulfill any of the order’s line items” – selecting this option allows Air Waves OnDemand to fulfill the orders and to send out shipping confirmation emails.
  3. Shipping
    • Currently, Air Waves OnDemand is only able to ship to United States addresses.
  4. Order Process
    • Check the “Use Shipping address as the default billing address” option.
    • Set the abandoned cart email to 1 hour option.
    • Check the “Do not automatically process any of the items in this order” option.
  5. Policies
    • It is important to include the following information on your store:
      1. About Us
      2. Return Policy
      3. Shipping Policy
      4. Terms of Use
      5. Confidentiality
      6. Contact Us
