An order says delivered but my customer did not receive the package. What do I do?

If your customer cannot find their delivered order, encourage your customer to check with their local post office. Sometimes when this happens, a package gets misdelivered or has a delivery exception. Other times it has been delivered to a neighbor.

Over the last year we have seen an increasing number of packages marked as “Delivered” to meet strict shipping deadlines set by large online retailers. We often see the package gets delivered a day or two later.
